Your satisfaction with your purchases is very important to us, however refunds are not available on products on this website. All sales are final. Exchanges may be made only on grooming apparel for incorrect size within 10 days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to an exchange. Damaged or Missing?
Do you have an issue with a recently received order?
If you received your package and it is damaged or missing items please contact us immediately so that we can begin a claims process with the carrier. In all cases of claims all packaging must be retained until the issue has been resolved.
Wrong Size?
Need to exchange apparel for a different size?
Exchanges may be made on grooming apparel for incorrect size within 10 days of receipt, but require an authorization.**
**Please do NOT mail products back to us unless an exchange has been authorized via email or the phone. They will not be accepted.
