Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority at Jodi Murphy Grooming Products! We take great care in inspecting all products before they ship to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.
While we don't typically accept returns, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a manufacturer defect or mistake on our end, please reach out to us right away. We're committed to making it right for you, and will work quickly to find a solution, which may include a replacement.
Books and VIDEOS
Books and DVDs: As previously stated in our policy, we do not accept returns on books or DVDs unless defective, in which case they will be replaced with the same titled product. We guarantee DVDs will play in DVD players but cannot guarantee compatibility with computers or laptops. Please contact us via our resolutions form in the case of a defect.
Bulk Book Orders: For large book orders, shipping costs may need adjustment after online checkout due to weight. We will contact you with a final shipping quote for your approval before processing the order.

Digital Video Orders: Please note that all digital video purchases made at https://watch.jodimurphy.net/ are considered final. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these purchases.

Grooming Apparel
We want you to be happy with your grooming apparel from Jodi Murphy Grooming Products. While we generally don't offer refunds on apparel, we do offer exchanges for size issues to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Size Exchanges: We understand that sizing can be tricky. That’s why we provide sizing charts specific to each design. If your unworn and unwashed apparel doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with any tags attached. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
While returning the item in its original packaging is helpful, we understand this isn't always possible. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If apparel is not received in its original condition a restocking fee may apply.
Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind the quality of our apparel. If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately with details and photos. We will provide a return authorization and work with you to resolve the issue.
COAT TENDER™
At Jodi Murphy Grooming Products, we take pride in the quality of our tools. Each Coat Tender is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
Due to our thorough inspection process, we are unable to accept returns on the Coat Tender. We are confident in the quality of this product upon shipment. Sometimes mistakes do happen, so if you feel this is the case or you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shears
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made. All shears are warranted by the manufacturer for 30 days from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. For Kenchii thinning shear warranty information please contact Kenchi at 888-4kenchii or via email at info@kenchii.com.
