Your satisfaction with the products that you purchase at jodimurphy.net is very important to us. Refunds are not available on products on this website. Exchanges may be made on grooming apparel for incorrect size. Please see below for all policies.

Books and VIDEOS

Books and DVD’s are non refundable. All sales are final. DVDs can only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same titled product – no credits will be issued. DVDs are guaranteed to play in DVD players. They are not guaranteed to play in computers and or laptops due to compatibility issues. Please contact us via our resolutions form in the case of a defect.

*For bulk book orders, we reserve the right to calculate and adjust shipping after an online order is placed. Due to the weight, the quoted shipping cost estimated by the website may not be accurate. We will obtain a firm quote based on total size and weight and destination and contact the customer for approval if an adjustment is necessary prior to shipping.

Grooming Apparel

Grooming apparel is non refundable. Only exchanges may be made. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt. All exchanges must be sent back in original packaging in the same condition as it was received; meaning that it must folded and packaged in its original plastic sealed bag. If apparel is not received in the same condition a restocking fee will be required in order to receive an exchange. All apparel is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days unless the defects are caused by improper care and/or use. A return authorization must be given via email if a problem arises. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be applied to all exchanges due to incorrect size ordered. Non-exchangeable items are considered worn, laundered, dry cleaned and/or purchased over 10 days of receipt.

Exchanges

All returns must first be authorized via email or they will NOT be processed. Grooming apparel is non refundable. Only exchanges may be made. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt. All exchanges must be sent back in original packaging. Please contact us for details.

Shears
